Description
The Summer Celebrations in MEDIOVALIA bring various medieval events in a cool space in the city where in 1992 the first Medieval Festival in Romania was launched.
We kick off the celebrations with the FIRST ACT: COMEDIANS' COURT.

This creative workshop will offer participants a piece of time in which to socialize, laugh, relax and create a pleasant memory.
"If we manage to make something nice from recycled materials, then we will be able to combine the useful with the pleasant and at the end of the workshop, in addition to the time spent together, we will have a cute ornament to enjoy for a while or offer as a gift to a loved one.
Since I have mentioned recycled materials, I always wondered where the socks disappear.
I don't think there's anyone who hasn't asked themselves this question at least once. We all have a small inventory of socks that have lost their pair. I propose to give a new chance to mismatched socks and turn them into gnomes. Gnomes in socks are cute dwarfs and are a great Christmas ornament. A gnome can beautify any shelf, windowsill or desk and can be a cute gift for a loved one.
I also have a proposal for those who prefer textile flowers instead of gnomes in socks: flowers in scarves or shirts. After just a few simple steps, from an old scarf or an unused shirt, you can get the most beautiful and delicate textile flowers.
With these flowers you can decorate a headband or headband, you can turn it into a brooch, a paper clip or an ornament for the Christmas tree. They can also be given to a loved one.

MuziColine - Music and movement workshops for children
Description
Coordinated by Daniel Csikos. The "MuziColine" project brings art to her home, in Transylvania, and puts Biertan commune in Sibiu County on the map of cultural routes in Romania and Europe. For one year, starting from June 2023, the Sibiu commune of Biertan (Copșa Mare, Biertan and Richiș) will become a locality of reference for lovers of cultural tourism, as it will host numerous cultural-recreational activities that will enliven the local landscape.
Take a ride on the Hârtibaciul Valley Old Steam Train Line
Description
Admire the superb landscapes of the Transylvanian Highlands from the train. The Hârtibaciu Valley old narrow gauged line that used to connect Sibiu and Sighișoara before the roads were built is still operating in tourist every week.
Departures are at 10:00 and 17:00, from Cornățel Station.

The journey takes about an hour and a half and the train consists of a diesel locomotive, two closed cars and an open car, with a total capacity of 90 seats.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that all persons for whom you purchase tickets will have adjacent seats on the train. If you are a large group, we recommend that you arrive early at the departure station to get adjacent seats.
Tickets are received upon boarding the train. They are not returnable, but can be used another time, in which case please let us know a few days in advance so we can reserve your seats. Please don't be late, the train will leave at the specified time!
Between June 18 and September 3, 2023, Sunday services depart from Cornățel station, and Friday services depart from Hosman station. The train travels to the other station, where it takes a 15-minute break, and returns.
